  • I am a graduate of McGill University and a member of l’Ordre de la Physiothérapie du Québec.
  • l have more than 20 years of experience working in sports medicine with an active population practicing a variety of sports as well as elite athletes.
  • I started my career working in multidisciplinary clinics in NDG and TMR and later practiced in a large acute-care facility before returning to a private clinical setting.
  • I decided to open my own clinic as I wanted to spend more time with my patients and focus on a unique quality level of care in a professional one-on-one setting.
  • As a highly trained physiotherapist in a rapidly evolving world, I continue to attend courses every year with leading clinicians from around the world.
  • I was a competitive gymnast in my youth and remain very active with yoga, cycling, skiing, and golf.

What to Expect?

  • The focus is to figure out what’s wrong and make sure you understand the nature of the injury.
  • A history of how the pain began and how it limits work, sports and family life is reviewed.
  • Manual tests measure the movement, strength and endurance identifying the structure at fault (joint, muscle, tendon, ligament etc.).
  • Treatment is started and exercises prescribed
    as needed.
  • A treatment plan tailored to your condition is established changing as you improve.
  • You will usually have a home exercise program to help you heal faster.
  • Official receipts are always provided for insurance or income tax.
  • Once treatment is completed and you are no longer restricted by your injury you can

  • Exercises are often prescribed to avoid similar problems in the future.
